    "The book covers writing reports, setting up treatment plans, working through multicultural issues, and much more. The description of specific therapeutic techniques is new and will be helpful to new students who need to target key areas of communication skills. I was impressed with chapter 11, which contains a detailed discussion of the maintenance of target behaviors. Maintenance is often a great challenge, and I am planning on using this information to improve processes in our on-campus university clinic."
