About the Author
Alexandra Guillot is an author, disability activist, and educator. Alex's experiences with a handful of invisible disabilities inspired her to become a disability activist, using her love for writing as a tool to reach others with hidden disabilities and their allies. Through her work, she aims to reach young people with invisible disabilities to provide support and advice on how to manage the diagnosis and treatment processes while juggling their personal, academic, and professional lives.
