Synopsis

Extracting the Leader from Within is a broad-minded experiential leadership model to address diverse confrontations that a leader will face in their development. There is something to say about experience, and this book is a careful contrast to research and study on managerial principles. Each chapter represents tough topics that are intended to be introspective, question your own methods of leading, and unlock your innate strengths to broaden your leadership perspective. Every lesson is established on a model of personal power, a network of personality, character, and credibility, and is firmly rooted in trust as its foundation. Your success as a leader will be determined by how you tackle these challenging issues by capitalizing on your inherent strengths- the leader is within you.
