Synopsis

There are always battles to be fought, internal and external. This is what young Samuel Calo learns the hard way, when he is ripped from everything he knows. About the Author

I grew up moving around every six months to two years. I was born in Fresno California. Aside from California, I have lived in place such as Vermont, Massachusetts, Idaho, Puerto Rico, and many other Beautiful places. Although my heart still resides in Puerto Rico. I am a huge fan of the out doors and worm weather.

I was privileged to read this over Christmas break before it was published, and while I'm not a big reader, I couldn't put it down! It's definitely an action-packed thriller, with fantastic characters and exciting plot twists. I just had to know what was going to happen next! I love that is clean with no foul language or sexual content, but it is kinda creepy and becomes violent at times, so I'd save this for older children and adults as it'd probably be too scary for little ones. E.R. Fowles paints a vivid picture from start to finish, so it was almost like the movie was playing out in my mind as I read. It should totally be made into a movie someday!

So just as the last reviewer said it a book once you start it you can't put it down. I am also not that big into reading but I got bored at work one day and started reading the rough draft after following her blog. I am on chapter 4. It is a book I recommend reading since the rough draft was so good I had to order a hard copy I am excited for this to come!

I loved this book! I feel like I can predict most books, and know exactly what's coming- not this one! Four Samuel had so many twists and turns, and always had me guessing what was coming next. There were some real mysteries that carried throughout the story, and left me guessing until the end. A unique story, with characters you come to love. Four Samuel was a real adventure, and I'm hoping for a book 2!
