About the Author

Shunsuke Ando is Representative Director of the Japan Anger Management Association and an anger management consultant. He moved to the United States, after working at a foreign-affiliated company and private think tank. While in America, he learned about anger management and introduced it to Japan. As a leading expert in Japan, he has given numerous lectures and training sessions at companies, government offices, medical institutions, etc., and also gives advice on "anger" on TV and in magazines. He also serves as a government commissioner. His books have been translated into Chinese, Taiwanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese and many other languages and have sold over 570,000 copies.
