About the Author:
Dr. Gail E .Williams was born in Fayetteville North Carolina. She is married to the Bishop Robert E. Williams, Sr. and they have three children. Dr. Gail was licensed as a preacher of the gospel in 1990 and was ordained in 1998. She received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Ecology from Virginia State University, Petersburg, VA and a Master of Arts in Religion and a Master of Christian Education Degree from Liberty University, Lynchburg, VA. Mrs. Williams received her Doctor of Theology Degree from Slidell Baptist Seminary of Slidell, LA. She has served in various capacities such as: Director of Christian Education for her church; District and State Director of Christian Education for the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship; the Christian Education Consultant for CTMI (Christian Tabernacle Ministry International). She also held a national position in Full Gospel Fellowship as a Church Planting Ministry team member; and past member of the Steering Committee for Marriage Builders Alliance. Dr. Williams established a Christian 'Education Consultant Ministry in 1999 named LaDifference; an educational ministry that brings expertise, knowledge and excellence to the Christian Education aspect of one s ministry. LaDifference's mission is to educate, equip and empower people for the work of the ministry, based on Ephesians 4:11-12, And He gave some, apostles; some, prophets; some, evangelists; and some, pastors, and teachers. She wrote a monthly column for a Christian men's Magazine by the name of Sent for a year. Gail is also the author of, Putting Your House in Order, a Christian Education manual that has blessed many pastors and ministries. Her preaching ministry has afforded her the opportunity to minister in many churches, spanning from the East Coast to the Southwestern region of the United States. Dr. Williams is a sought after workshop and conference speaker. Her ultimate desire is to be God's woman.
