I really enjoyed reading this and learned quite a few new things. I already knew that fasting was effective for weight loss but was surprised to learn how many other health benefits it has. For instance, how fasting could help to improve our leptin and insulin or even be used to help treat cancer and diabetes. Highly recommended.
