About the Author
A lifelong fine & performing artist, Jaime LaRose graduated with a Bachelor of Art in Graphic Design from Plymouth State University. She attended Pacific College of Health and Science for her Masters of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Acupuncture and Herbology. She co-authored the Healthy Urban Kitchen while living in New York City and working as a national print model, appearing in feature films and on ABC’s All My Children.
She has studied health, holistic wellness, movement, and nutrition for over two decades. In addition, she is a world traveler, herbalist, plant medicine advocate, and avid gardener.
In 2019, she became an RYT 200 at Sol Power Yoga. She has attended workshops with Paul Chek and John McMullen. In 2007, she completed Dr. John Demartini’s The Breakthrough Experience. She studies astrology, quantum physics, metaphysics, and Buddhism. She is a published author and an Ordained Minister. She practices yoga and meditation daily.
After a painful descent into mental illness and addiction, she has recovered. She feels risen like the phoenix, embracing her perfectly flawed humanity. She believes her purpose is to help others return to wholeness through radical self-love in the face of adversity.
She lives in New Hampshire with her two Siamese cats, surrounded by her zany family, and she has the most beautiful daughter that a woman in this Universe could ever ask for.
