Synopsis
The government is implanting teens with a device to prevent them from having sex. It is a government mandate, those who refuse can be jailed. Then one of the psychologists in the program learns that the sex prevention is not the only reason for the implant, the program has an even more sinister facet that is hidden from even them. A teen girl learns of it and works to defeat the government plan. She, the psychologist and others are put at risk by a malicious government that wishes to maintain power at all costs.
