Synopsis

For travelers like poet Alessandro di Corsi, home is a concept or a feeling—it is no longer a place. Breadcrumbs: A Passerby's Journey is a book of poems which capture the struggle to find home within oneself and within other people. Alessandro’s journey has taught him that life of a nomad-esque passerby is a struggle because of what gets left behind: the self, the home, and a lot of love. The themes found in A Passerby's Journey are intertwined and capture big questions and strong emotions in sentences that rhyme.

There is so much beauty in this world, and amidst all the chaos and suffering, one has to try to find themselves. A Passerby's Journey inspires each reader to discover themself and their home. In the same way he has found refuge in art and connection in the stories of other people, Alessandro shares his attempt to make sense of his own journey thus far so that others can feel less alone.

The struggle hurts—but also gives back.
