This book is more about how not to lead than how to. It's based on my experience as a band and music ministry leader. I've observed other leaders, young as well as experienced ones, making decisions, which don't exactly agree with the Bible. I myself have made many mistakes as a leader, and I still do, so I want to share some of that with you.

I've been blessed to read many books on worship, which have really opened my eyes and ears to what true worship and true leadership should be. About the Author

Jeff has been leading Bible study groups for 5 years and continues to be active with the first group he formed, which is based around Dr. Neil T. Anderson's books and Bible studies, focusing on forgiveness, our identity in Christ and the battle for our minds. He also formed a group, which revolved around watching Christian music videos and discussing how the song lyrics relate to the Bible.

Jeff has also served on several different ministries in local churches. And along with serving God, he also has quite the musical background. His 46 plus years of experience includes recording and live performance with many styles of music on multiple instruments. He has led bands in and outside of church, participating in 3 different music ministries. The culmination of all this helped in inspiring him to write this book.
