Synopsis

This book is one of seven honoring one of the most remarkable scripting languages that was ever created.Yes, it looks like VB6 . But look closely. There are $ signs and differences in the way it is written. KiXtart is developed by Ruud van Velsen of Microsoft Netherlands and as far as I am concerned, it was the forerunner for Powershell.

About the Author

I have been working with a wide assortment of scripting languages since 2002 when I realized that any language that supported the use of COM or the Component Object Model could also be used to create roubust WMI -- Windows Management Instrumentation -- Solutions. I also worked for Microsoft from 1996 to 2002 in technical support for the Enterprise version of Visual Basic. I may not be the best writer but I am a code warrior.
