An educator for more than 15 years, Tracy McMillan Stokes, M.Ed.has a passion to empower others to live "on purpose". A native of Dayton, Ohio she graduated from Wright State University with a Bachelor of Arts In Sociology and a Master's of Education in Higher Education Administration. She is the CEO (Chief Empowerment Officer) of TraSpeaks, LLC, a small business that provides solutions for speakers, artists, educators and entrepreneurs to create platforms for their talents. Professionally she is the past Director of African American Student Initiatives at a regional university, she currently serves as the Manager for College and Career Success Programs at a Cincinnati non profit, and is the Director of Children's Ministry at her church. She is active in the community and is a member of Leadership Northern Kentucky, The Urban League, and a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. She is also the founder of Young P.E.A.R.L.S. (Purposely Educating and ResponsiblyLeading Young Sisters), an organization that champions self-empowerment, educational success, and community service in young women ages 12-21 through unique programming initiatives and mentoring. She lives in the Northern Kentucky Cincinnati Region with her family.
