Jazz pianist and writer Tim Clausen grew up in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, where MGM's The Wizard of Oz had its world premier in 1939. From an early age he taught himself to to play piano by ear. In addition to recording three solo CD's Tim has played piano engagements at many of Milwaukee's top restaurants and hotels. In his work as a jazz historian he has conducted hundreds of interviews and has had the pleasure of interviewing some of the jazz world's leading artists.
