On the surface, this book appears to be a bell-ringing weight-loss success story. That's only a fraction of the story. “The Untended Soul” is a collection of essays Stacey Morris wrote for newspapers, magazines, and her own blog that reflect the past decade of her life as it relates to the the inner, and eventually outer transformation that occurred.
