Synopsis

About the Author

Born and raised in Santa Rosa, California, Alanna Conaway began her writing career in her late teens, freelancing for country music magazines. The hobby soon turned into a full time job when she relocated to Nashville, Tennessee to further her career. Once living in the South, Conaway fell in love with the mini-farm concept, starting off with chickens in the backyard of her townhouse within the city limits. After meeting the man who would change her life - a cowboy by the name of Steve - Conaway moved out to the country where her mini-farm idea became a reality with horses, steers, sheep, pigs, peacocks, chickens, turkeys, guineas, rabbits, geese, ducks, dogs and cats. The two currently reside outside of Hohenwald, TN on their own property, Flutter Valley Farm.
