About the Authors

Margot Mustich threw herself into cooking full-time after working in film production and publishing. She has taught cooking classes and self-published a cookbook, Simple Pleasures: Cooking from the Heart. Following stints at a gourmet bake shop and catering business and at a private club in Manhattan, she became a cook at Union Square Café.



Alette Straathof was born and raised in The Netherlands. She now works as an illustrator and lives in Paris, France.
