Jennifer Fernández, PhD specializes in harm reduction psychotherapy for treating addiction with adults, teens, and families. She received a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology and has trained under experts in the field at the Harm Reduction Therapy Center and Pathways Institute for Impulse Control. She is a licensed Clinical Psychologist with a private practice in San Francisco, CA.
Dr. Fernández provides training, supervision, and consultation for clinicians interested in learning more about addiction and harm reduction psychotherapy. She works with community agencies providing drug education for at-risk youth; trains law enforcement agencies on addressing addiction in forensic settings; and teaches responsible drinking skills to executive professionals.
