About the Author
Eric M. Bailey, President of Bailey Strategic Innovation Group, leads one of the fastest-growing communication consulting firms in the United States. His unique style blends fact and emotion, enabling him to appeal to analytical thinkers, emotional feelers, and everyone in between.
