Synopsis
This is the story of a boy who lived in fear in his own household. He knew poverty so stark that sometimes the next meal was his only wish. He knew humiliation so deep that he didn't feel comfortable in his own hometown. He knew doubt that laughed at hope.
He knew what it was like to want to run as far away from God as his cynicism would take him.
Yet Austin French emerged from a tumultuous childhood to appear in nationally televised singing competitions, help lead a growing ministry, and become a fixture on Christian radio. That scared little boy became a man humble enough to say he cannot offer security, peace, and hope. But he also grew bold enough to tell the world he knows the only one who can. Jesus can.

About the Author
Austin French is a Christian musician and singer. In 2014, he was featured on ABC's show Rising Star before releasing his debut single Freedom Hymn which reached No. 8 on the Billboard Hot Christian Songs chart in 2017. He released his first full-length album Wide Open in 2018.
French lives in Tennessee with his wife, Joscelyn, and his three children.
