About the Author

Jeanne Joy Hartnagle-Taylor comes from a lifetime association with working stockdogs in demanding situations on ranches in the real world. She is an Australian Shepherd Club of America (ASCA) Senior Breeder Conformation judge, Stockdog and Herding Trial Judge, and breeding authority. In partnership with her family, they developed a distinct bloodline of Australian Shepherds that are recognized abound the world under the name, Hartnagle's Las Rocosa Aussies. They earned the distinction of becoming ASCA's number one Hall of Fame Kennel and Hall of Fame Excellent Kennel.
