Lessons from the Chair is a reminder for anyone - past mistakes do not define you, or your future. Bad decisions in life have penalties. Six years after being incarcerated, the author had a master plan, and he was full of hunger, with plenty to prove to myself, his family and his naysayers. The young boy in the mirror behind concrete walls was not the man who walked out of prison. Being in prison solidified his purpose and helped him turn his life around. The myth is that a thug is always a thug, and he can never change, the author is a living testimony to prove this myth wrong.
