Humans are coded for relational connection with other humans. Often that coding has been short circuited and needs reactivating. However, we do not need to learn it, we need to relearn it. This is not a new language; it is the language of your birth.
The Connection Codes are the blueprint and tools for the relational connection we all need and crave. They are the culmination of over 30 years of research, education and experience—and draw from many centuries of insights and wisdom.
The Connection Codes are experiential, not just conceptual. The power is not in the knowledge; the power is in the relational interaction. Experience Assignments are included at the end of each section to help apply these concepts. This is a simple process, not an easy one. Returning to your original coding may be the most challenging, yet rewarding, thing you ever do. You need this. You deserve this. Let’s do this!

DR. GLENN HILL is a marriage and family therapist, clinical sexologist, Connection Codes coach and author with a private practice in Nashville, TN. His greatest credential is his 38 year marriage with Phyllis. He enjoys doing absolutely anything with her, especially traveling and spending time with their family of twenty. PHYLLIS HILL is an entrepreneur, Connection Codes coach and the engine that keeps everything running. She enjoys the partnership and adventures she and Glenn share and loves being “Honey” to their ten grandchildren. The pain of their early married years along with decades of research and experience led the Hills to the founding of The Connection Codes. They provide counseling to couples, families, individuals, churches and businesses in helping people build deep connection. They have witnessed the Connection Codes help heal and enrich countless lives and relationships. It is the Hills’ mission to take the Connection Codes to every corner of the globe. Echo Vetter is Glenn and Phyllis’ oldest child. She is a writer, Connection Codes coach and homeschooling mom of five with a passion for mental health, women’s health and helping families connect and thrive.
