He led three international companies as CEO for eleven years before founding his executive coaching practice, The Scouller Partnership, in 2004. Today he coaches leaders and their teams. James is author of the top-selling book, The Three Levels of Leadership: How to Develop Your Leadership Presence, Knowhow and Skill.
