About the Author

Jack Booth has been involved in the educational community for over 30 years. He has taught elementary grades, served as a resource teacher for grades 7-10, and was an English/Language Arts consultant for grades K-12. Recently, Jack has been an educational development author/consultant for publishers in Canada and China. For many years, Jack has been writing materials for students and teachers. He was a senior author of the Impressions Program; consultant/author for the MeadowBooks series for Harcourt Canada; co-author of Harcourt's Word Sense series; and co-author and editor-in-chief of The Out Loud Program: Rhymes, Rhythms and Patterns for Language Learning. Jack has presented lectures, workshops, and seminars across North America, the United Kingdom, and Asia.
