Synopsis
A happy comic gift book for all ages―especially those who are hard to buy for!
In this little hardcover book about gifts and giving, a satisfied lizard has found the perfect presents for a hard-to-please friend.
With 32 pages of comic strip style fun and hilarious illustrations by award-winning Anke Kuhl, this joyful book makes a perfect stocking filler, Secret Santa gift or for giving all-year round at birthdays, anniversaries or any celebration.
A lizard is delighted with their whole bag of perfect presents for a slightly unusual friend, owl. At first things don’t seem to be going well . . . The owl wolfs down each one and reaches out greedily for the lizard itself! With comic tension and a funny twist, the reader thinks the lizard may get eaten, but all turns out well in the end. The story finishes with a big kiss and a cup of peppermint tea: “Perfect presents,” says the friend. “Just to my taste!”
Capturing both the apprehension and delight of gift giving, Perfect Presents! is the ideal solution when shopping for the person who has everything.
