ADDICTION, LIKE THE OCEAN, IS IMMEASURABLE BY THE SURFACE

I know firsthand how difficult and overwhelming it can be to begin the journey of recovery. That's why I created a high-quality Addiction & Trauma Workbook designed to be accessible to people of all backgrounds and reading levels.

This comprehensive workbook is educational, practical, and inspiring. It includes:

  • Five clinically recognized assessment questionnaires, including the DSM-5

  • A personalized framework to identify areas for healing and growth
  • A valuable resource for completing Step 4 in 12-Step recovery programs
  • Evidence-based information with cited references
  • A holistic approach that supports healing of the mind, body, and spirit

The workbook concludes with my personal recovery story, offering hope and encouragement, along with inspiring quotes to support readers throughout their recovery journey.

Ideal for:

  • Individuals seeking recovery
  • Rehabilitation centres
  • Professional counsellors and treatment providers
  • Correctional facilities preparing inmates for successful reintegration
  • Sober living homes
  • Foster care homes
  • Indigenous communities, remote regions, and other underserved areas with limited access to counselling or treatment services
  • Retail locations that sell alcohol, beer, or cannabis as an accessible recovery resource
