About the Author

Tamara Tatrishvili, PhD, is Assistant Professor and Main Specialist at the Office of Academic Process Management (Faculty of Exact and Natural Sciences) at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, as well as Director of the Institute of Macromolecular Chemistry and Polymeric Materials at TSU, Tbilisi, Georgia. She is a DAAD alumna and a member of the Georgian Chemical Society. Her research interests include polymer chemistry, polymeric materials, and chemistry of silicon-organic compounds. She is the executive editor of the Journal of the Georgian Chemical Society. Dr. Tatrishvili is the author of more than 190 scientific publications, 12 books, and several monographs.

A. K. Haghi, PhD, is a retired Professor and has written, co-written, edited or co-edited more than 1000 publications, including books, book chapters, and papers in refereed journals with over 3800 citations and h-index of 32, according to the Google Scholar database. He is currently a Research Associate at the University of Coimbra, Portugal. Professor Haghi has received several grants, consulted for several major corporations, and is a frequent speaker to national and international audiences. He is Founder and former Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Chemoinformatics and Chemical Engineering and Polymers Research Journal. Professor Haghi has acted as an editorial board member of many international journals. He is a regular reviewer for leading international journals.
