About the Author
Jessica Houdret has a passion for plants and herbs. She has grown herbs commercially and has run workshops on their many benefits. Jessica was Administrator and a Member of the Council of the British Herb Trade Association, and a Council Member and former Chairperson of the Herb Society of England. She writes for local and national publications and has written, or co-written, 20 books on how to grow plants successfully, and on the ways they can contribute to health and well-being.
