Fad diets don't encourage permanent change. In fact, they are extremely unhealthy to maintain over the long term. The Zen Diet is different: based on Kaizen and other spiritual principles from Japan, its focus is on small but permanent changes that you make to last your entire life. Each change works synergistically to transform your physical health, lifestyle, and mental outlook, profoundly altering your view of your self and your interaction with food.
