Synopsis
Mary and Joseph got married and an angel told them they were blessed with a baby who would be the Son of God. They travelled to Bethlehem where they had to stay at an Inn, as there was no other space. Mary gave birth to baby Jesus and shepherds and wise men travelled to see him. They gave him gifts and spread the news that a new king had been born.

About the Author
Katherine Sully has written over 40 books for young children. After studying Narrative Method at college, she began work in children's publishing where she developed a particular interest in the teaching of reading and in children's book design. She lives with her family in Bath, U.K. Simona Sanfilippo is a talented children’s book illustrator from Italy. She has created illustrations for books, postcards and greetings cards as well as advertising campaigns. She has participated in illustration contests in Italy and other parts of Europe, and has received several awards.
