From the Author

Hi acoustic guitarists! This book was a real challenge to write. What a broad brief the Acoustic Guitar covers - everything from a 5 course Baroque guitar to a National steel. Fortunately they all have things in common. I have made the focus practical - "what can I do to bring my acoustic guitar to optimum performance?"

I have also spent a lot of time on the issue of UNPLUGGED - which usually these days means - 'PLUGGED into the PA'. How can we get the best from our guitars in this situation?

The guitars covered range from Martins and Taylors to Ramirez and Yamaha with a few more unusual guitars from Fylde and National resonator.

I hope the book helps you get the most from your guitars.
All the best
Paul
