Yiannis Papadatos is Assistant Professor of Prehistoric Archaeology at the Department of History and Archaeology, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece. He is directing excavation projects in Crete and his main research and teaching interests include Minoan Crete, Early Bronze Age Aegean, archaeology of death and ancient technology of ceramics and metals.
