About the Author

Donabel Santos is the senior Business Intelligence Architect at QueryWorks Solutions, a consulting and training company in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Donabel is a Tableau Certified Professional and a Tableau Accredited Trainer, and has worked with Tableau since v7.

She is a Microsoft Data Platform MVP, and has worked with SQL Server since version 2000 in numerous development, tuning, reporting, data warehouse, and integration projects with ERPs, CRMs, SharePoint, and other custom applications.

Donabel is also a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), and is the lead instructor for SQL Server Administration, Development, SSIS and Business Intelligence/Analytics courses at British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT).

She is a proud member of PASS (Professional Association of SQL Server), and a proud BCIT alumna (CST diploma and degree).
