Katy Appleton (author)
Katy Appleton is an author, founder & director of appleyoga, trainer of trainers, and a certified yoga teacher of over 30 years. She has published several yoga books and award-winning DVDs for home practice and is an internationally recognised teacher of Vinyasa Flow.
She is known for bringing the true essence of yoga alive in a student's body and mind in creative, dynamic and life altering ways. Her teaching is biomechanically savvy whilst fun and playful, invoking a deeper embodied sense of self within a practice.

Natasha Moutran (author)
Natasha Moutran is an author, musician, lead facilitator and teacher with a world wide audience and over a decade of experience in the yoga industry.
