He started to work in this area during his employment with Oracle where he was responsible for JavaFX quality. Last few years he works for Azul Systems on the quality of their custom JVMs. He has also been a reviewer for one of our books on JavaFX.

Also, Sergey enjoys teaching people: presenting on various Java conferences, giving lessons and answering Java related questions
