Synopsis

This is a Workbook with links to audio files for a Self-directed Self-hypnosis Program for smokers who wish to either quit smoking for the last time, or smoke only occasionally when they consciously choose to do so (unless or until they choose to quit totally at a later date). It is a comprehensive self-directed "how to" approach that has passed the test of time. Roy Hunter is a hypnotherapist who has successfully used this approach with thousands of clients since 1983. The workbook includes several Lessons, with links to four mp3 audio files that apply to your specific situation: quitting cold turkey, quitting by tapering off, smoking occasionally unless or until you choose to quit, and managing stress. (Optional CD's are available for purchase; or you may make your own from the mp3 files.) The author learned during the mid-1980's that stress caused more backsliding than all other reasons combined; so this stress management meditation and accompanying lesson is included in order to reduce the risk of backsliding.
