Guiyao Tang, PhD, is Professor in the School of Management at Shandong University, Jinan, China. Her primary areas of expertise include strategic human resource management, green human resource management and leadership behavior. She has published papers in English- and Chinese-language journals, such as Personnel Psychology, International Journal of Operations & Production Management, Employee Relations, Human Resource Management, Asia Pacific Journal of Management, Journal of Business Ethics, International Journal of Human Resource Management, and three books in Chinese. She is the member of professional associations such as AOM (Academy of Management), IACMR (International Association of Chinese Management Research), and she is the member of the Editorial Board of Management and Organization Review, European Management Journal and China Human Resource Development.
Li-Qun Wei, PhD, is Professor of Management in the Department of Management, Marketing and Information Systems at Hong Kong Baptist University, Kowloon Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Her research interests include strategic human resource management, top management teams, Chinese management, and international/cross-cultural management. She has published numerous papers in top journals, such as Academy of Management Journal, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Process, Human Resource Management, International Journal of Human Resource Management, Leadership Quarterly, and she has published four books in Chinese and one book in English.
