Michael J. Urick, PhD, MBA, MS, SSGB, SHRM-CP is Graduate Director of the Master of Science in Management: Operational Excellence and Associate Professor of Management and Operational Excellence at the Alex G. McKenna School of Business, Economics, and Government at Saint Vincent College (Latrobe, PA USA). Urick has authored or co-authored over fifty publications, many of which are related to linking pop culture to theories, leadership, and generational issues at work.
