About the Author
Christopher B. O'Hara is senior vice president of Lockwood Publications and editorial director of Smoke magazine, as well as a contributor to Smoke, Smokeshop, and Tobacco International, among others. He has been an advertising copywriter, freelance writer and art director, and restaurant and bar manager. He lives on Long Island, New York. New York-based photographer William A. Nash has shown at a number of New York galleries, and his work has appeared in many magazines, including New York Magazines and Drink.
