A laugh-out-loud topsy-turvy tale from the author of the Horrid Henry books. Francesca Simon is the author of the wildly popular HORRID HENRY books. She has also written a number of very successful picture books, including MOO BAA BAA QUACK and MIAOW MIAOW BOW WOW, illustrated by Emily Bolam, and the LITTLE YELLOW DOG books illustrated by James Lucas (all published by Orion). She is American but lives in London with her husband, who is English, and their son.
Emily Bolam has illustrated many picture books by different authors, including Georgie Adams' THREE LITTLE WITCHES and PLUMMET by Tony and Jan Payne (Orion). She lives and works in Brighton, where she trained at the Art College.

They are most surprised when they visit Mrs Plum next door and find she doesn't, so they decide to make her house lovely for her by turning everything upside down - and when a burglar climbs through the window, they do their best to make him feel at home. First published in 1995, this story is as witty and original as one would expect from the author of Horrid Henry. It is now reissued with brand-new illustrations by Emily Bolam, whose bright and brilliant pictures of the Topsy-Turvies are as much fun as the text.
