About the Author
Eddie and Debbie Shapiro are internationally known authors and seminar leaders. Together they are the authors of Ultimate Relaxation; Meditation for Inner Peace; Clear Mind, Open Heart; and Out of Your Mind: The Only Place to Be. Debbie, from England, trained over twenty years ago in bodywork and body/mind therapy and in Buddhist meditation with Tai Situ Rinpoche. Eddie trained as a swami with Satyananda in India. The Shapiros are inspired workshop leaders who often make presentations at international conferences, on TV, radio, and in the media.
