And how moving in Builded Here, an epitaph to the industrial Revolution and past lives in the West Riding. The black humour is sharp in Beachy Head - with the ghost who only needed one shoe. He expresses a view about high-profile victim Dr David Kelly, the casualties of war, and rejects of society. His sense of fun and his wonder of nature is brilliantly evoked in the slow worm's 'Slow striptease' Rooks flirting' 'abseiling spiders' worried curlews' and storm cocks busking at the heavens'.
