About the Author
Elizabeth Von Arnim (1866-1941) is the author of Elizabeth and Her German Summer, which Downton Abbey fans may recognize as the book Molesley gave to Anna, and The Enchanted April, which was the basis for an Academy Award-nominated film and a Tony Award-nominated play.
