Synopsis
Joan Miró’s (1893—1983) simple, vibrant paintings have always had a special appeal for children. Now young readers can learn about his life and then explore six of his paintings, looking at the original paintings and then trying out their own versions on the opposite page. By arranging the re-usable stickers, youngsters can experiment with colors, shapes and composition to recreate the original or produce their own individual and surprising masterpiece!

About the Author
Sylvie Delpech studied history of art, and then spent many years in Italy where she worked with new imaging technologies for television. Since returning to France, she has devoted her time to photography and to editorial projects such as children's books on art. She lives in Paris, France.
