About the Author

Graham Jones’ experience of consulting with top level performers spans more than 20 years and includes working with senior leaders and their teams in FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies, top performers from a variety of sports, and elite military fighting force personnel. Graham has more than 150 publications in the area of top performance, including an article, "How the Best of the Best Get Better and Bette’", published in Harvard Business Review, and a book, Thrive On Pressure: Lead and Succeed When Times Get Tough. Graham set up TOP Performance Consulting Ltd in 2010, where he is managing director.
