Diana Henry is the food columnist for the Sunday Telegraph and contributes to numerous other publications, including the Daily Telegraph. and House and Garden magazine. Her book Crazy Water, Pickled Lemons was shortlisted for the prestigious Glenfiddich awards and she won 'Cookery Writer of the Year' at the Guild of Food Writers Awards in 2007
