About the Author
John Matthews is a historian and author, an Arthurian expert and professional storyteller. He is the author of numerous highly acclaimed
books on Arthurian legends and Celtic mythology, and was historical advisor for Touchstone Pictures during the making of King Arthur (2004). John has also written Arthur of Albion (HC: 9781846860492) and The Barefoot Book of Knights (HC: 9781846860348;
PB with CD: 9781841482057). He lives in Oxford, England.
Giovanni Manna is an award-winning Italian artist whose distinctive illustrations have been exhibited worldwide. He's illustrated quite a few
