Richard Walker was a professional storyteller and freelance broadcaster. He was also the editor of Fact and Fiction, a storyteller's magazine
in the UK, and the author of Jack and the Beanstalk (PB w/CD: 9781905236695).
Olwyn Whelan worked as a newspaper cartoonist and as a graphic designer before becoming a full-time freelance illustrator. She aims to
produce timeless and classic books that children will treasure for life. She's illustrated other Barefoot Books such as the Barefoot Book of
Blessings (HC: 9781846860690) and the Barefoot Book of Princesses (HC w/CD: 9781846862397).
Richard Hope is a British TV actor who starred in ITV's MIT: Murder Investigation Team as DS Barry Purvis, as well in a number of other
dramas like BBC1's A Touch of Frost, and ITV's Heartbeat and Poirot.
