About the Author

Jon Williamson is Reader in Philosophy at the University of Kent, UK. He is author of Bayesian Nets and Causality (OUP 2005) and editor of the journal The Reasoner. He has been nominated for the THES Young Researcher of the Year Award 2007.

Federico is Research Associate in the Philosophy Department at the University of Kent. She is author of Causality and Causal Modelling in the Social Sciences: Measuring Variations (Springer 2009) and is features editor of the journal The Reasoner.
